17:16. ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಚಿನ್ನದ ಎರಡು ಬಸವನ ಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಅಶೇರ ಸ್ತಂಭಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಪರಲೋಕದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಳ್ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಪೂಜಿಸಿದರು.
